Kempinski Hotel Cancun, Cancun

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with its traditional Ritz Carlton style rooms offering a marvelous view of the turquoise water. The spacious and modern room was fantastic, providing a great experience overall. However, the location could have been handled better by Marriott Corporate and the dining experience was overpriced for an average meal.

The Ritz Carlton in Cancun is a gem with its traditional Ritz Carlton style rooms that are always immaculate and exceed our expectations. The service is top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. However, the outdated location might not be appealing to everyone, although its central position near Cancun's main attractions is convenient. The dining experiences are exceptional, making it a must-visit for everyone. The facilities are modern and offer everything you need for a luxurious stay.

Dining at El Cafe Mexicano was a highlight, offering delicious dishes for a great start to the day.

Upon checking in, we had to wait until 3 pm for our room, which was very small and lacked privacy on the balcony. The rooms, decorated in typical Ritz-Carlton style, were immaculately clean and enjoyable, with a beautiful ocean-front view.
